4. Visitor Data

You are the data controller for visitor information collected through your account. You are responsible for obtaining any required consents from visitors and complying with applicable data protection laws.

5. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, and content is owned by VochusPass. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

VochusPass is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
